Futureways

The Futureways program looks to work with children and youth in a format that consists of traditional one-on-one therapy and group therapy sessions.

• Children participate in weekly group sessions, held within the community and directed by a clinician developed curriculum.
• Children are paired with a Futureways Program Assistant (PA), who will work with them in a variety of settings, including in the home, in the community and in the group setting.
• An Individualized Service Plan (ISP) will be developed and personalized for each child to ensure that the areas of need or concern are addressed during the six month contract period.
